We will work with you to establish a quote for your event, and write up a formal contract. An important part of the contract will be your event itinerary. The itinerary will provide us with the information we need to ensure the success of your event such as: schedule of events (start time, stop time, announcements, etc), musical genre(s) to be played, specific musical requests (bands or songs that are "must plays"), specific musical exclusions (bands or songs that are not to be played), etc. We will supply a template itinerary with your draft contract. We will need a completed itinerary from you no later than 14 days prior to the event to ensure that any questions we may have for you are answered, and that we have your specific requests available for your event. Once an acceptable contract is written and signed, we will request a non-refundable $150.00 deposit to reserve our services for the event. This must be paid within 14 days of contract signing, but no later than 14 days prior to the event. This deposit will be applied to your over-all fees.
